Dynamic Hourly
Pay only for the hours you use. Your total hours for the month set one rate, and every hour that month is billed at that rate. A busier month means a lower rate on all of it.

Hourly clients also pay a Client Account Maintenance fee of $150 a year, or $15 a month. Travel time is $65 an hour, door to door, plus the IRS mileage rate.

Hours beyond your plan bill at the Dynamic Hourly rates. Need more than 60 hours a month? A month of 80 hours or more bills at $100 an hour on Dynamic Hourly, or a managed service may fit better.

We take over a whole function for a fixed monthly price. You are not buying hours here: you pay for the job, and we do it however long it takes. Choose one service or combine them.

For everyone
- A bank account is on file when you sign. We charge it automatically, Net 7.
- A late fee of 1.5% a month applies to balances 7 or more days past due. We waive it the first time.
- Prices do not change in the middle of a term.

Hiring a Launch Team Member
If you want to hire or contract directly with someone from our team, ask us in writing first. We can approve it, decline it, or set conditions. An approved hire costs you nothing.
Hiring a Team Member without our prior written approval costs $10,000 per person. We agree that figure in advance because our loss when a trained Team Member leaves is real but hard to calculate precisely, so it is liquidated damages rather than a penalty.
Nothing is owed where Launch suggested the arrangement in the first place. This applies only to Team Members who have worked directly on your projects, and not to your general public job postings unless you invited one of our Team Members to apply.
These amounts are published here rather than written into your contract, so they can be kept current without amending your agreement. We give at least thirty (30) days' written notice before any material change. The terms behind them live in sections 5, 11 and 19 of the Master Services Agreement. Where your own plan agreement sets a different figure, that agreement controls.

Prices effective January 1, 2027. Existing clients move to these prices on January 1, 2027. If you are partway through a contract term, your current price holds until that term ends. This is a price guide, not a contract.
