Who teaches it?
The same Launch Industries team that runs our consulting practice and our government-backed technical-assistance programs. You're learning from people who built a real services business, not from a textbook author.
Is it live or self-paced?
Hybrid. Core modules are self-paced video and workbooks. Live components include cohort workshops where we work through your own business in real time and bring real (anonymized) cases to the table.
How long?
Plan on a focused stretch of weeks, not months. Each cohort is bounded so the work actually gets done. Exact length is published when a cohort opens.
Do I need an existing book of business?
Yes. This program is for consultants and service providers who already have paying clients and are ready to scale past themselves. If you haven't taken on paid client work yet, the Better Business Academy is the better starting place.
Is this only for service businesses, or product businesses too?
It's built for service businesses: consultancies, agencies, and professional-services shops. The frameworks travel a bit, but the examples, templates, and coaching are tuned for service-business economics.
Will this prepare me for any certification?
No, and that's by design. This is operational, not credential-driven. It is about building a structured agency that can grow, not preparing for a test.
