Bank accounts, credit cards, loans and payment processors.
Online store, marketplace, delivery apps, a second point of sale. Not counting your main one.

Frequently Asked Questions
What's the difference between Managed Services and hourly support?
Managed Services are a fixed monthly price for a defined job: you pay for the job, and we do it however long it takes. Hourly support means your bill follows the hours you use. Managed Services also bring proactive management and strategic guidance, not just reactive support.
Can I combine multiple Managed Services?
Yes. Many clients combine bookkeeping with HR and payroll. Work with your Launch Advisor to design the right mix for your business.
How much do Managed Services cost?
Each service has its own price. Bookkeeping starts at $350 a month plus a $150 one-time setup, and you can get a quote on this page. HR is $750 a month for your first 5 W-2 employees plus $100 for each additional employee. Payroll is $150 a month for your first 5 plus $12 for each additional employee.
Do Managed Services require a contract?
Yes. Managed services run 6 months at a time and are billed in advance, charged automatically on the 1st of each month.
What about work outside the service's scope?
Work outside a managed service's scope bills at the Dynamic Hourly rates, or as a flat add-on we agree to first.
Can I start with hourly and switch to Managed Services?
Absolutely. Many clients start with hourly support and transition to Managed Services as their needs become clearer and more consistent.
What if I'm not sure which service I need?
Schedule a consultation with our team. We'll assess your business and recommend the services that will have the biggest impact.
