Create your account and choose Dynamic Hourly as your plan. Pay the $15 a month (or $150 a year) account fee.
Use Services
Request support from any Launch service. We track your hours as we work for you.
Pay Per Hour
After the month ends, we bill your total hours at the one rate for that total. Your bank account is charged 7 days later.
Frequently Asked Questions
What's the minimum number of hours I need to purchase?
There is no minimum. You only pay for the hours you use, and a month with no hours costs nothing beyond the account fee.
Do unused hours roll over?
There is nothing to roll over. Hours are billed after the month ends for the work we actually did.
How is billing calculated?
Your total hours for the month set one rate, and every hour that month is billed at that rate. For example, 15 hours in a month bill at $120 an hour, $1,800 in total. 40 hours bill at $105 an hour, $4,200 in total.
When am I charged?
We bill on the last day of the month for the hours used, and the bank account on file is charged automatically 7 days later.
Can I use multiple service areas?
Yes. Your hours can be split across bookkeeping, HR, marketing, technology, or any of our 40+ services. Mix and match as needed.
What if I go over my expected hours?
Your rate is set by the month's total hours. If a busy month crosses into the next tier, the lower rate applies to every hour that month.
Is there a setup fee?
There is no setup fee. Hourly clients pay a Client Account Maintenance fee of $15 a month or $150 a year. It is waived if you have a managed service.
Do you charge for travel?
Travel time is $65 an hour, door to door, plus the IRS mileage rate.
Prices effective January 1, 2027. Existing clients move to these prices on January 1, 2027. If you are partway through a contract term, your current price holds until that term ends. This is a price guide, not a contract.
